Role Overview:

Join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students with SEMH and ASD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual and small groups of students
• Assist in lesson planning and delivery
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Implement strategies for social, emotional, and academic development
• Foster positive relationships with students

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience with SEMH and ASD
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
