The Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of students who thrive with a more personalised, structured, and supportive approach to learning.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver differentiated English lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN

  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

  • Assess and track student progress, adapting strategies to meet individual needs

  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider SEN team

  • Participate in EHCP reviews and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Encourage creativity, resilience, and independence in all learners

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) - NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply

  • Experienced or interested in working with children with SEN

  • Patient, compassionate, and adaptable in approach

  • Confident in using creative teaching methods and differentiated resources

  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
