About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant at Arise Academy, you will work with a diverse group of young people, supporting their educational and social development and ensuring full engagement in activities both inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Support students in their educational and social development
• Assist in setting up activities using technology or adjusting the environment as needed
• Support teachers, engage with students, provide learning support, and manage classroom situations positively
• Provide personalised learning support to students as needed
