SEN Casework Officer Interim - Remedy Recruitment Group : Job Details

Our Client Devon Council, is looking for a SEN Case Officer to join their team.

Remote working available. Full time only. Up to £300 per day, dependant on experience.

We are looking to recruit a tribunal support officer/casework officer. We need someone who is able to write LA responses to appeals, they don't necessarily need to go into hearings or have experience of these. We just need someone who can crack on with doing responses and understand what's involved in the casework. There is the potential that they may have to go to an occasional hearing, but the main focus of role is casework support. They need to be able to write LA responses independently so it's really important they have experience of working in a local authority and aware of how LA's work in terms of decision making, process, moderations, legal thresholds etc. Currently there are around 100 to respond to and the expectation is that they'd be able to complete 4-6 a day
