Our client a dynamic and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors based in Manchester are currently looking to recruit a Semi Senior/Senior Accountant to join their team.

This role would suit and individual who is either Qualified by Experience (QBE) or ACCA/ACA Part -Qualified with previous experience within a practice accountancy environment.

What you will be doing:

• Preparation and finalisation of accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships and LLPs
• Managing own workload and assisting more junior accountants
• Managing a portfolio of client accounts
• Meeting clients face to face
• Offer custom-made accountancy and taxation advice
• The completion of year-end accounts, CT600, and Corporation Tax computations

What you need to bring:

• Practice experience with accounts preparation
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• IT skills
• Ability to plan and organise
