Client Manager - Accountancy Practice Our client is a well-established and growing accountancy practice with around 20 staff. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an Accounts Senior or Semi Senior to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with managers to produce year-end accounts and corporate tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients. The position is open to candidates at different stages of their career — whether you are currently studying (with at least 18 months' experience), qualified by experience, or a fully qualified accountant. The firm is known for its supportive and friendly culture, with excellent staff retention and a strong focus on work-life balance. Many team members have been with the firm for several years and enjoy the flexibility that comes with working in a smaller, people-focused business. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce statutory accounts for SME clients
• Prepare corporation tax returns
• Provide proactive business advice and support to clients (when experienced enough
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

About You:

• Qualified by Experience, ACA/ACCA/AAT studier
• Currently working within an accountancy practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reside within a commutable distance of South Hertfordshire
