Accounts and Tax Semi-Senior

• Annual Salary: £37,500 - £45,000

• Job Type: Permanent, full-time

We are seeking a diligent Accounts and Tax Semi-Senior to join our well-established firm based in Hammersmith. Our team is dedicated to providing a range of services including accounting, VAT, tax, and advisory to a strong portfolio of clients across various industries such as property, hospitality, energy, and education.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare corporate tax returns and financial statements under FRS105 and FRS102a.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with workflow and job planning.
• Engage with clients across diverse industries, providing tailored tax and accounting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, or MAAT).
• Proven experience in tax and accounting in a professional services setting.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in CCH will be an advantage.
