The Role

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with students to support their emotional regulation, engagement and learning
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions
• Help create a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Be a consistent and compassionate presence for students navigating complex challenges
