As a SEMH Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support and guidance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional well-being and builds confidence.
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic support for students.

- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to maximize learning outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with SEMH students preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEMH challenges and effective strategies for supporting students.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
