My client has a unique solution for you, which they have successfully offered to a number of the new Advisers that have joined them over the last couple of years.

• Financial support provided for up to 2 years, whilst you are waiting for your restrictive covenant to expire, and you build your client base back up
• The financial support will be non-refundable
• Leads provided from professional introducers for high-net-worth clients and their families
• Initially 60% of all fee income will be paid over, this will increase as you achieve increased revenue streams
• Full Financial Admin and Paraplanning support
• Option to be 100% home based
• Mentoring and support from a highly experienced Senior Management Team
• Above market rate multiple offered when you want to sell your clients

Having worked with this firm for nearly 10 years, we have seen them consistently grow organically, providing their staff with careers rather than dead end jobs. The firm have no intention of selling to a larger third party consolidator and are looking at internal succession planning.
