Security Guard Supervisor – Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE)Location: NewburyContract: 6 Months (Initial)Rate: £20.52 per hour (Umbrella) £15.54 (Pay-E)Are you an experienced security professional with strong leadership skills? We’re recruiting a Security Guard Supervisor to join the Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) team. This is a critical opportunity to lead from the front in protecting high-priority assets and staff, while supporting national security.What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of Security Guards across a 24/7 shift operation.
• Oversee security systems (CCTV, Access Control, IDS) and support their maintenance and integrity.
• Conduct visitor risk assessments and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Provide resilience cover when needed and step in operationally during demand spikes.
• Deliver internal audits and report monthly to senior management on performance and improvements.
• Ensure all team members maintain SIA compliance and training standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory security role.
• Strong understanding of threat responses and physical security procedures.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Valid SIA Supervisor Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel and work unsocial hours.
