Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Security Co-ordinator role is to take responsibility for setting the standard and ensure that excellent standards are upheld. The role will involve developing and delivering our service model in line with our strategic organisational objectives.
You will be a high-energy leader, presentable and a natural communicator with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.
You will proactively champion brand initiatives through clear communication, coaching and engagement with the delivery teams. You will be able to build strong working relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
You will have the ability to act decisively with an uncompromising eye for detail.
A Crucial element of this role will require weekend working with a minimum of two weekends each month throughout the year. This role will require someone with experience who can demonstrate good knowledge of leading in this type of environment, event experience is also desirable.
This role will include assisting and leading the team during high footfall events and centre activity days. There will also be a large aspect of the role where leadership/duty management will be required on the mall floor.
