We are currently representing a well-established Further Education College based in Middlesex. Looking to build on their department with a specialist individual to work as a Section Manager: Motor Vehicle.

Main Function:

• To organise recruitment activities and ensure the appropriate guidance and initial assessment of students.
• To liaise with internal and external teams/organisations/parties, as directed by the Head of School, to ensure the effective and efficient recruitment and guidance of students.
• To teach on a range of courses across the Motor Vehicle portfolio of qualifications for approximately 16 hours per week (teaching hours are calculated on an annualised basis).
• To implement the College's Quality Policy and ensure the implementation of the College's target setting procedures, including the use of value added measures.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: (£44,969 - £48,933)
