Secretary (Part-Time)

- Working Hours: 4-5 hours per day, 4 days per week
- £13 - £16 per hour
We are seeking a Secretary with property experience to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a property company. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be kept busy, has good organisational skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Directly work with the Managing Director, managing emails, pending correspondence, and compiling responses. Sourcing information and managing the diary.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, managing both the Director's inbox and your own.
- Arrange meetings, ensuring all necessary information and paperwork are prepared in advance.
- Handle outgoing communications, such as sending emails and letters, and occasionally hand-delivering important documents.
- Administer properties, including taking calls from lessees and tenants and addressing any issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in managing emails, scheduling, and preparing for meetings.
- Experience in property management or a similar field is highly advantageous.
- Ability to use personal mobile for business communications as required.
- Comfortable working in a traditional office setting with substantial paper filing and printing.
