Secretary
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join their busy team. This is a varied and interesting role and is ideally suited to a committed individual, who works well in a team and has a 'can do’ attitude.
Our client is a busy firm of Chartered Accountants and Auditors who require a full time Secretary to join their professional team immediately. The successful applicant should have a professional and cheerful telephone/front of house manner, excellent timekeeping, communication skills, grammar, accurate message taking and forwarding, organisational skills and who is able to demonstrate fast accurate typing, enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to work as part of a team and individually, and be well presented for front of house meet and greet.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls and emails, responsible for database setting up, maintaining and entry. You will look after Limited company clients financial affairs and work directly with the Director and Office Manager. You will prepare documents including official correspondence, run the office on a daily basis and be responsible for emails/post/telephone. You will be required to support the team, scan and file documents and liaise with clients and suppliers as well as manage receipt of client records. The role will also include keeping the reception and meeting room clean and tidy, visits to the Post Office for recorded post and stamps, organising/updating/maintaining the filing system and updating records on IT systems.
You will diary manage for the Director and Team using Outlook Calendar, arrange meetings and take minutes, maintain office equipment, file documents with Companies House and HM Revenue, keep the company website upto date and work with other Secretaries and Office Manager to achieve goals.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and
Full-time, Permanent, Office Based Only
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30 pm
