Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across various subjects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and looking to make a real difference in students’ lives. The role is temporary, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and school needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide targeted support.
• Assist with classroom preparation, resources, and displays.
• Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Record and monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety.

What We’re Looking For:? Experience working with secondary school students (in a TA or similar role)? A genuine passion for education and student development? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? Ability to build rapport with students and staff? Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude? Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
