• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a specialist or alternative provision.
• Strong classroom management skills and a trauma-informed approach to behaviour.
• Team Teach trained is highly desirable, or a willingness to undertake training.
• Ability to differentiate learning and build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
