Secondary School Receptionist/Administrator Based in Central Birmingham£14ph Your new companyA busy secondary school based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. The role is initially til the end of the term but may potentially be longer. Your new roleYou will be responsible for meeting and greeting parents, visitors and pupils as well as answering and transferring calls and taking messages and ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered too. You will also provide administration support such as inputting data into SIMs, printing registers and typing letters.Please note this is a busy office and requires an individual that can work under pressure.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
