• Degree in your specialism subject with a PGCE or a BEd Degree in Secondary Education
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in your specialist subject
• Ensures and upholds a high standard of education
• Creates and supports an inclusive learning environment for students
• Commitment to maintaining and enhancing teaching standards
• Outstanding classroom practitioner
