You’ll join the Build Manager team, which is focused on increasing submarine production through close collaboration with multiple functions. You will be involved in the setting of the Build Contract across the four boats and monitoring the delivery of the construction phase whilst holding the main build contractor (BAES) to account for their committed responsibilities. You will be part of a team within an Alliance construct working with and alongside colleagues from the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA), BAE Systems and Rolls Royce.
As a key member of the team, you’ll report to the Build Programme Manager and contribute to the delivery of critical programme outputs. Your work will involve close collaboration across the Alliance to ensure effective programme outcomes.
Hybrid and flexible working can be considered for this post but will need regular workplace attendance due to security constraints. Candidates are encouraged to discuss options with the recruiting line manager before submitting an application.
