Scrum Master

Coventry or Manchester - Hybrid working

6 Month Contract

£600 - £640/day inside IR35

Lorien's banking client are currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join on a 6 month initial contract, inside IR35.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

• Managing one or multiple Scrum teams
• Matrix management: ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, the project, and the wider business
• Strong stakeholder engagement/management
• 3rd party supplier management
• Planning and scoping of the required work to act as the framework for delivery
• Working with the PMO and release Train Engineer to manage budget expenditure
• RAID management - management of risks and issues and dependencies through the PI and scrum processes
• Live by the values and practices of Scrum and embed the Agile culture at all levels
• Assesses the Scrum maturity and act upon it

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure projects, especially VMware.
• Cloud platform experience
• Rapid delivery for data products with conceptions to MVP release
• Strong 3rd party supplier management
