Scrum Master/Project Manager - Site Moves

Location: Coventry - hybrid workingDuration: 6 months

Our client is looking for a talented individual to join our Service & Operations team in a hybrid role that blends the best of Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities.

• Lead and support IT projects - including site relocations, branch refurbishments, and hardware/software provisioning.
• Collaborate across teams - working closely with other Scrum Masters, especially those on M365 initiatives.
• Engage with third parties - such as BT and internal Purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources - managing borrowed team members to achieve project outcomes.
• Facilitate technical conversations - ensuring alignment and clarity across stakeholders and technical teams.

• A strong understanding of IT - especially around networking, infrastructure, and hardware/software provisioning.
• Proven experience in IT project delivery - ideally involving site moves, retail environments, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Ability to speak the language of tech teams - and understand the challenges they're solving.
• Background in Agile delivery - ideally certified in Scrum or similar frameworks.
• Experience in hybrid roles - combining project management and Scrum Master duties.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Banking experience is a bonus, but not essential.
