Teacher of Science
- Hourly Rate: £30 - £35

- Job Type: Temporary, full-time and part-time available (ASAP start, for a period of 5 weeks)
We are currently seeking a Teacher of Science to join our team in South London. This temporary position is available for both full-time and part-time roles starting immediately. Candidates with experience in Health-related subjects will be highly regarded. This role is an excellent opportunity for educators passionate about science and health education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in Science, focusing on BTEC and T-levels curriculum.
- Prepare and implement educational materials and structured lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress in science and, if applicable, health-related subjects.
- Engage and motivate students to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the educational experience and outcomes for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Science Teacher, with additional experience in Health education being highly desirable.
- Familiarity with BTEC and T-levels educational frameworks.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging and informative lessons.
- Capable of managing a classroom effectively and promoting an environment conducive to learning.
