Your new roleAs a Science Teacher, you'll play a key role in sparking curiosity and fostering a love of learning in your students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5, depending on experience).
• Inspiring students through practical experiments, real-world applications, and interactive teaching methods.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking in science.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and share best practices.
• Contributing to extracurricular science clubs, STEM events, and enrichment activities.

What you'll need to succeedYou're passionate about science and education, and you want to make a lasting impact. You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching science in a secondary school setting (including during teacher training).
• Strong subject knowledge in biology, chemistry, or physics.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to student success and a creative approach to teaching.
