• Teaching Assistants (general classroom, 1:1, SEN)

• Behaviour & Pastoral Support Staff

• HLTA roles

• School Administrators & Office Support

• Learning Mentors

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people (formally or informally)

• A calm and confident approach to supporting pupils in a busy school environment

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

• Flexibility and a proactive attitude
