School Receptionist and Administrator - temp-to-perm - Think Specialist Recruitment : Job Details

Think Specialist Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join a school based in Bushey.

We are looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to join the team from September on a temp-to-perm basis

Office hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Annual Salary: £28,000pa

We are looking for someone who is available to join in early September.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available for work and would like to join a fantastic school. Some of the duties will include:

• Greeting students, parents & visitors
• Answering calls and managing the switchboard
• Signing in all visitors in line with the schools visitor policy
• Placing orders for stationary and liaising with suppliers
• Responding to email enquiries or forwarding emails on to the relevant departments
• Transport arrangements, including issuing coach passes and arranging transport for trips
• Manage post and staff pigeon holes

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Great telephone manner
• An enhanced DBS check would be preferred
• Immediately available for work
