Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a welcoming 1st point of contact for students and families.
  • Manage and maintain the school calendar under the guidance of the senior leadership team.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments acting as a liaison between senior leaders and employees
  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings for senior leaders.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Develop and implement streamlined office procedures and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and experience of managing Management Information Systems (or similar).
  • Must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Right to work in the UK.
