About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR services within a specialist SEND-focused Multi Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement innovative HR strategies, ensuring high-quality, dynamic HR services across our schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and safer recruitment practices
  • Advise senior leaders on employee relations casework
  • Drive HR best practices to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
  • Oversee HR systems, performance management, and operational processes
  • Support the Trust People Strategy, enhancing workplace culture and staff wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally within an educational or specialist setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
