About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR services within a specialist SEND-focused Multi Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement innovative HR strategies, ensuring high-quality, dynamic HR services across our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and safer recruitment practices
- Advise senior leaders on employee relations casework
- Drive HR best practices to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
- Oversee HR systems, performance management, and operational processes
- Support the Trust People Strategy, enhancing workplace culture and staff wellbeing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally within an educational or specialist setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
