• Monitor income and expenditure, producing timely reports for headteachers and budget holders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Maintain high financial control standards and oversee all financial transactions to safeguard our resources.
• Generate and coordinate new income streams aligned with our mission, helping us to grow and flourish.
• Prepare for annual audits and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and best practises.

We seek a candidate who has:

• An Enhanced DBS, essential for this role.
• Proven experience in finance and administrative management to lead our financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and budget setting to help us stay on track.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• The ability to work flexibly and adaptively within a team environment, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
