• Open the site and buildings each morning, ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional school environment.
• Uphold high standards of site supervision and safety.
• Support a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Help maximise the use of school facilities and resources.
