School Business Manager | £28,000 - £31,500 (pro-rata salary, term time only) | Permanent | Cheshire:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with an Education provider in Cheshire to recruit an School Business Manager to their established team. The role is offered on a permanent basis, the role offers hybrid working, as well as professional and career development opportunities.

Duties:

• Lead on the management of the Academy office including the administrative function and all Academy support activities
• Providing strategic financial advice to the senior leadership team, producing and monitoring school budgets
• Overseeing the HR, payroll and pension function and ensuring staff are all advised and supported with HR matters
• Ensuring pupil records are maintained to a high standard, and acting ad the GDPR and Cyber Lead for the Academy

Experience:

• Previous experience as working as a Business Manager within Education is essential
• Understanding and experience producing financial budgets is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
