School Administrator – Woolton, South Liverpool

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Long Term Contract until end of Academic Year

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous school-based administrative experience who is looking for a role with real potential to become permanent.

Key Details:

Location: South Liverpool – excellent transport links & easily accessible by public transport and car

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Initially supply, with a view to becoming permanent

Working Hours: Full-time, term time 37.5hrs per week, 8am-4pm

The Role:

As a School Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of the school’s front office team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing reception duties and acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff

Handling phone and email enquiries professionally

Supporting with attendance, data input, and record keeping using school systems (e.g. SIMS and/or Arbor)

Liaising with staff, pupils, and external agencies

General office duties to support the wider school team

Requirements:

Previous experience in a school office setting is essential

Strong IT and organisational skills

Professional, friendly, and confident communication

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy school environment
