Scheme Manager - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

We are now recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join us in Blackpool. This is a full-time opportunity, with 37 hours a week, and we are offering competitive hourly rates ranging from £15 to £17 an hour. This role will be on a temporary contract for a term of 8-12 weeks with the potential to extend. Your new role

• Manage the day-to-day running of residential schemes, ensuring smooth operations across housing developments.
• Welcome new residents and provide clear guidance on available services, facilities, and community expectations.
• Monitor and support residents' general wellbeing, acting as a key point of contact for advice and assistance.
• Uphold health and safety standards to maintain a secure, comfortable living environment.
• Offer practical support around finances, care needs, and signposting to relevant local services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in housing management, resident engagement, or support coordination.
• Good knowledge of housing legislation and regulations.
• Full Driving Licence and valid business insurance.
• Enhanced DBS is required.
