Scheduling & Operations Manager

(Office-based) Hellesdon, Norwich, Norfolk

Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5.00pm

£32K - £35K depending on previous experience with an OTE of £50K plus

Salary PLUS Excellent bonus scheme

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an already established but rapidly growing service company based in Norwich, Norfolk.

You will need to have excellent commercial knowledge, be able to manage people effectively and have scheduling/logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient scheduling of Engineers
• Manage/motivate staff and coordinate work loads
• Dealing with new contracts/producing quotations and following up
• Drive effective control of costs (P&L for your division)
• Manage warehouse
• Health & Safety

This is a very varied and interesting role, where you can really make a difference.

Could suit someone with scheduling experience who wants a hands on role but wanting to progress their career further.
