About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our busy manufacturing company based in Rotherham. In this vital role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing schedules for our team of installers working on projects across the UK. This is a fully office-based position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate daily and weekly schedules for installation teams across the UK
Liaise with customers, internal departments, and installers to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and on time
Monitor progress of ongoing jobs and adjust schedules as needed to manage delays or changes
Maintain accurate records of all installations and schedules
Communicate updates and changes promptly to relevant stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Provide administrative support related to scheduling and project coordination
Proven experience in a similar scheduling, planning, or coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing or installation environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
A proactive and problem-solving attitude
Competitive salary of £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
