SC cleared Senior Operations Manager

This role provides short-term strategic-level support to enhance awareness of the broader Sensitivity Review Service vision and priorities. It is designed to:

• Support the Head of the Sensitivity Review Service by overseeing the delivery of their strategic vision.
• Strengthen the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by offering additional capacity, resilience, and coaching.
• Enable the SLT to focus on strategic outcomes beyond day-to-day customer delivery.
• Foster a culture of alignment across the service against wider corporate objectives.

• Proven experience in strategic leadership roles within public service or similar sectors.
• Proven experience in operational improvement within data-intensive or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of organizational strategy, governance, and service delivery.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to think systemically and translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Proven experience managing change in organisations

• Experience of delivering of managing dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning and feeding into overall strategy and service
