What You Will Do:

- Respond to technical enquiries, ensuring each query is tracked and resolved promptly with comprehensive advice.

- Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to appropriate staff or addressing customer needs.

- Expand customer interactions by identifying potential leads and recording them accurately.

- Provide timely responses to price and availability requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Follow up on literature requests and manage generic email queries efficiently.

- Make proactive sales calls, capturing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise opportunities.

What You Will Bring:

- A background in Electrical Engineering or experience in a technical internal sales role.

- Proficiency in using software tools like CAD, EPLAN, or Clip X Engineer.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word, with knowledge of CRM databases.

- A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach to work.
