Role: Sales Support SpecialistLocation: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)Salary: £16.48 per hour

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Support Specialist to join our client’s successful and growing team.

If you have solid experience in the automotive industry  ideally within OEM or working for an automotive retailer  and understand the vehicle life cycle from start to finish, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Please note:Automotive industry experience is essential for this role. Unfortunately, candidates without it will not be considered.

Duties of a Sales Support Specialist:

• Act as the main contact for all inbound Agent queries, resolving issues, identifying root causes, and highlighting training needs.
• Manage the process for raising and tracking internal tickets, fixing bugs, and testing new processes.
• Liaise between Agents and Finance House to resolve system or journey issues.
• Communicate any finance or process changes to Agents and assist with commission payments/reconciliations.
• Support logistics planning, vehicle movements from Ports to Sites, VIN allocations, and retailer logistics queries.

What we would like from you:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years automotive industry experience (essential).
• Strong understanding of automotive logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Macro level).
