This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth order processing and delivery coordination for a diverse range of products across global markets. You will work closely with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Management:
- Receive and process purchase orders via email.
- Enter orders accurately into SAP and ensure correct units (kilos, tonnes, pounds).
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
- Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate with European logistics team for international shipments
- Make sure deliveries are completed on time and in full
- Customer & Supplier Interaction:
- Build strong relationships with customers (including major FMCG brands).
- Communicate effectively with warehousing and transport partners.
- Data & Systems Management:
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and Excel.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
- Problem-Solving & Prioritisation:
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Handle complex logistics scenarios calmly under pressure.
Profile
A successful Sales Support Officer should have:
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and database systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
