Join our dynamic team as a Sales Support specialist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing communication, resolving issues, and maximising profitability through efficient coordination. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our sales processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maximise profitability for each revenue stream
- Efficiently handle and escalate customer complaints to the Office Manager.
- Address buyer inquiries thoroughly and maintain an accurate HubSpot system.
- Explore and develop digital marketplace opportunities.
- Coordinate buyer collections and obtain all necessary RAMS from buyers before collection.
- Consistently action and report on weekly tasks to ensure accountability and progress towards strategic goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot and project management tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional business communications.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures.
