We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our client to support the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be able to spin multiple plates, and work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales & Marketing Support, you'll be the backbone of the Sales and Marketing teams. This isn't just a support role; you'll be an integral part of our team, expected to gain broad knowledge across various specialisms to ensure a seamless operation.

Key responsibilities for a Sales Support

• Handling calls and processing sales orders.
• Maintaining and distributing product price lists.
• Reporting and resolving daily issues related to stock adjustments and logistics.
• Issuing loan dispatches and processing loan returns.
• Handling Point of Sale (POS) ordering, dispatch, and returns for both dealer channels and internal activities.
• Managing freight invoices and reminding Sales Reps to submit monthly dealer activity reports.

Key skills for a Sales Support

• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (written, face-to-face, and telephone).
• The ability to work effectively within a team and to deadlines and targets.
• The ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
