What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact – answering calls & responding to emails
• Providing quotations and processing purchase orders
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Liaising with suppliers & booking couriers
• Ensuring orders are packaged and completed
• Supporting the sales and operations team with general admin duties
