We’re recruiting a Sales Support Executive on behalf of a fast-growing commercial finance provider based in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with 2–3 years’ experience in a bank, lender, or financial services business who is looking to build a long-term career in commercial lending.

You’ll need:

• Strong telephone skills and the confidence to speak directly with clients
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Client-facing experience with a professional and organised approach
• A willingness to learn and get involved in different areas of the business

This Sales Support Executive role will suit someone commercially aware and detail-driven who wants to develop their skills in a hands-on environment.

• Supporting the sales team with onboarding and client documentation
• Speaking with clients by phone and email to progress finance applications
• Preparing and reviewing paperwork for funding
• Ensuring a smooth, professional client journey
• Assisting with Collections and credit control tasks where needed
• Getting involved in wider support areas as the business grows
