Sales Support Executive – £28,000 – TW Area

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our client's growing team and act as a trusted partner to their Global Sales function.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales and Account Managers to ensure accurate contracts and orders, while also supporting customer requests, quality complaints, inventory management, and logistics. You’ll be the vital link between their customers and internal teams, including Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

• Process sales orders for new and existing customers.
• Monitor the lifecycle of all pending orders and keep customers informed.
• Provide customers with order documentation and requested data.
• Support inventory accounting and management with external warehouses.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on logistics and service issues.
• Ensure all order documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
• Support Sales/Account Managers with additional administrative tasks.

• Experience in a fast-paced admin or customer service role.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SAGE) is a plus.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams across time zones.
