The Role
As Sales Support Administrator, you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider team.
- Assist with sales processes by preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records, manage client data, and track sales activity via the CRM system.
- Liaise with clients to handle enquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
- Coordinate internally to ensure bookings and project details are processed efficiently.
- Support marketing activity by preparing sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Assist with the organisation of client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Contribute to the smooth running and overall success of the sales department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (experience in a commercial, project-based, or client-focused environment is advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
