The Role

As Sales Support Administrator, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider team.
  • Assist with sales processes by preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage client data, and track sales activity via the CRM system.
  • Liaise with clients to handle enquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure bookings and project details are processed efficiently.
  • Support marketing activity by preparing sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Assist with the organisation of client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Contribute to the smooth running and overall success of the sales department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (experience in a commercial, project-based, or client-focused environment is advantageous).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
