Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the onboarding journey from prospect to client. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent time management, accuracy, and strong communication skills across all levels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all stages of client onboarding, ensuring compliance with AML, GDPR, and KYC regulations
  • Prepare and process legal and onboarding documentation
  • Liaise with solicitors and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and legal files
  • Provide administrative support to sales and compliance teams
  • Support events and produce regular reporting as needed
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with legal or client documentation and customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and handling sensitive information
  • Knowledge of AML, GDPR, and KYC compliance (training can be provided)
