What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers across all channels: face-to-face, phone, email, and social media—always with a positive, solutions-first approach.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and oversee the entire client journey from first contact to aftercare.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term clients, and support marketing campaigns to drive revenue.
- Contribute to smooth operations through stock management, admin duties, and reporting.
- Post engaging daily content, manage inquiries, and keep our online community up to date.
- Visit local businesses to showcase our range of products and services.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience 3+ years ideally in print/signage or related industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Organised and efficient—able to manage multiple quotations, tasks, and follow-ups with ease.
- Confident with IT systems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

This position is Hybrid Working with 3 days in the office. Applicants should be based locally or be able to commute.
