Sales Representative (Home Improvements) - Home Fixology Ltd : Job Details

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced, driven Sales Representatives to join Home Fixology’s expanding team. You’ll attend pre-booked appointments (plus your own self-generated leads), carry out property surveys, present tailored home improvement solutions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property surveys for roofs, walls & driveways
• Present solutions and demonstrate ProPERLA products
• Prepare and deliver quotes to customers
• Close sales and manage follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell full-home protection packages (roof walls driveway)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales background (home improvements / direct sales preferred)
• Strong closing skills & persuasive communication
• Professional, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and hit sales targets

What We Offer

• Base salary £24,000 – £28,000
• Uncapped commission – high earners achieve £60k+
• East Midlands (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester & surrounding areas)

Earning Potential

Typical OTE: £45,000 – £65,000+ per year. Top performers £70,000+.
