Sales registration advisor-Health & Safety - Handle Recruitment : Job Details

We have partnered with a Global Public safety client on a sales advisor telesales role.

This person will take the lead in generation of new and the renewal of existing subscriber sales for the company. Operating to monthly targets.

This role is based in Morden, 4 days in the office and working from home 1 day

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns, email, social media, web meetings, and on-line demonstrations.
• Participation at appropriate industry trade shows.
• Identify and qualify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns.
• Emphasize product benefits and features to validate sales ready opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to produce smooth transition of created opportunity.
• Capture accurate and complete records of all prospect and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects in the CRM.
• Use company CRM to track all activity including recording names, contact information, actions taken, and reactions of prospects and customers contacted.
• Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts.

Maintain responsibility for a targeted number of suppliers

• Experience with Sales Development, tele-prospecting, or cold calling preferred.
• Candidate must display comfort level with working with and committing to aggressive goals.
• Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills are required.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and web presentation solutions like WebEx.
• Advanced understanding of prospecting and effective networking through social media tools such as LinkedIn and Twitter.

Sales training and Microsoft dynamic experience a plus.
