Job Title: Estate Agency Sales Progressor

Location: Rednal, West Midlands

Basic: £21,600 - £22,500

OTE: £24,000+

Job Types: Part-time, 4 days a week (flexible on days)

We are seeking a motivated and target driven person to join our team as an Sales Progressor to join our Estate Agent. Responsibilities

• Manage and progress the pipeline
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers and solicitors on a regular basis
• Maintain company CRM system
• Deal with price negotiations as required
• Arrange and conduct key release
• Work towards monthly targets
